Women in Pharma Identity
Women in Pharma was created to inspire women working in the pharma industry that they can achieve great things and the change the world and the industry for the better. I saw a perfect moment to create something vibrant, unique and striking to ‘shine a light’ on the women and the mission.
The Challenge
To inspire women working in the pharmaceutical industry that they can achieve great things and change the world and the industry for the better for our sisters and daughters by hearing each other’s inspiring stories and encouraging each other that we can all make this kind of difference.
To equip women in the industry with training/tools/coaching which unleashes their feminine superpowers to help them make these changes in the industry as well as in their wider lives/society and to collectively identify what aspects of the pharma industry need to evolve to better meet the needs of women both as workers in the industry as well as receivers of treatment and healthcare.
Shine a Light on women
To shine a light on the possibilities for all women to create a better health world I used the logo as a graphic device with gradients from the colour palette to ‘shine’ on the illustrative women characters and put them not only the women under the spotlight but also use the typography in way for provoking and inspirational messages.
Digital and Print
Creating the new identity also involved creating a website and digital materials such as emails and invitations in both print and digital formats. We also created printed swag in the form of goodie bags for members which included stickers, notebooks and water bottles.
